The estate is approximately 125 acres in acreage, has 21 acres under cocoa cultivation, and also cultivates a range of other crops including hot and seasoning peppers, callalloo, pumpkin, honey dew melons and cantaloupes, watermelon, ginger, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, bananas, soursop.
